1. The creative idea persistence principle

    Have you ever experimented it?

    If you’re a creative, and (especially these times) you are used to work with tight schedules, sure you must have.

    It happens when you are called to challenge a new briefing when you still don’t have delivered another, or even if you just did, your brain is still grinding around that idea you had.

    Even if ideas are most of all the result of that specific brief and communication objectives, 99% of the cases the same idea will seem to fit well to the new brief.

    It’s dangerous especially when you’re pitching for both briefings and you don’t know if both projects are going to be choosen, so you will have a problem.

    But, some say,

    1. According to Murphy’s law, it’s the best way to make you win both pitches;
    2. If you will have to face that problem, you will be happier rather than more worried.

    So, try this at home. When you get the next brief, consider if the idea you just delivered for the previous could be perfectly fit for the new.
